YouV is a clinical research and life-sciences service organization committed to protecting privacy and maintaining information security in all aspects of its operations. YouV operates primarily within client-controlled secure environments. As such, YouV does not store or retain client data on its own systems unless explicitly authorized and documented in a Statement of Work (SoW).

Any approved data exports for reporting or analytics are handled securely, used only for the agreed purpose, and deleted after completion in accordance with client requirements.

What Personal Information We Process

YouV may collect or process limited personal data depending on the nature of engagement, including:

• Employee or contractor information for HR and compliance purposes.
• Professional contact information of clients, vendors, and partners.
• System access details, logs, and authentication data for IT operations.

YouV does not intentionally collect or store sensitive clinical or patient data outside of client-managed systems. Any viewing or handling of such data occurs strictly within those environments.

Any authorized exported data is securely deleted after 30 days or upon client confirmation. Employee and vendor data are retained for 3 years as per statutory obligations.

• Full-disk encryption (BitLocker AES-256).
• Sophos EDR and Azure Intune for endpoint protection.
• Regular vulnerability assessments and audits via our Managed Security Services Partner (MSSP).
• Employee confidentiality agreements and security training.

Despite strong controls, no system is entirely immune to risks. YouV continuously evaluates and improves its security practices.
